We are currently recruiting three Library Assistants to work in our library teams across the four unique libraries across the South Wairarapa and Carterton Districts.
Our library teams take pride in being responsive to our residents, customers and the wider community. We are looking for someone who can work across multiple library environments, who offers attention to detail and can foster a warm friendly, customer-centric approach.
You will understand the importance of being a team player in a busy environment. No day will be the same, which will mean your contribution to our communities is massive.
You will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and preferably have experience in working in a library. You will work alongside a small team of dedicated Branch Librarians, Library Assistants and Assistant Librarians on a day to day basis.
You will be computer literate and be comfortable providing technological assistance to customers and have the ability to produce reports and requests for data within tight time frames.

Vacancies are: 1 full time role (37.5 hours per week), 2 part time roles (18.75 hours per week each)
