Our wastewater team and partners are responding to a service request at our wastewater treatment plant this afternoon [Wednesday 9 October].
They’re dosing and diluting Reservoir 3 after receiving a request from a member of our community regarding odours.
It’s incredibly windy today and this has exacerbated usual processes, increasing the area requiring dosing coverage.
The dosing and diluting regimen will take several days.
