We have received service requests regarding street lighting outages in Carterton. We are in constant contact with our provider Mercury Energy regarding the issues.
However, PowerCo, who make their repairs on Mercury’s behalf, are currently prioritising restoring services and safeguarding Tinui, Hawke’s Bay and other areas affected by Cyclone Gabrielle.
We have a record of each request, but it may be a little while longer than planned to repair any street light issues at this time. Please contact us if you see any street lights outages, so we can pass a record on as soon they are available again.
