Due to a phase out of cheques by banks, we can no longer accept payments via cheque. We can accept some payments online, such as dog registrations. You can view these here
We also have other ways that you can pay your rates – You can pay for the whole year by 20 August manually online or you can set up direct debits which go out weekly/fortnightly on Thursdays. Direct debits that we set up exempts your account from penalty and is our preferred method. To set this up, please email rates@cdc.govt.nz
