***UPDATE 14:55***
Repairs to the damaged water main on SH2 are now complete.
Our team is currently flushing the pipes to ensure water quality before full service resumes.
Thank you for your patience and support throughout the day.
We also thank the crews who have worked through heavy rain and under a severe weather warning to restore supply safely and as quickly as possible. Your efforts are greatly appreciated.
If your water has returned, please run a cold tap (preferably outdoors or in the laundry) for a few minutes to clear any discolouration or air in the pipes. This is standard advice after a service outage.
Reminder for Clareville and northern areas
