Joining our dynamic, high-performing team as the People and Wellbeing Manager means you, too, will play an important role in our community by enabling and empowering our People Leaders and their Teams to perform at their best, deliver core public services, and achieve positive well-being outcomes.
Leading a small team, this is a key leadership position responsible for the range of people-related functions across the organisation. You will hold a relevant tertiary qualification with 5+ years generalist HR exprience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering a diverse portfolio including recruitment, leadership and performance development, change management, employee relations, payroll, health and safety, staff wellbeing and Māori responsiveness.
