What: Annual spraying for onehunga weed (prickles)
When: Very early in the morning, week of 14 October, 2024
Where: All areas of Carrington Park and Howard Booth Park
- Spraying is weather dependent and could be carried out any day across the week. Staff will try to complete early in the morning to minimise any disruption to park areas.
- Signage will be up at park entrances while we’re working. Please keep clear of the area while these are displayed.
- You may visit the park again once the area is dry – about an hour after spraying is completed.
The spray we are using is the same as last year – Herbicide – Versatil PowerFlo.
