G&C Diggers, as Contractors to the Carterton District Council, are currently constructing a new water main pipeline on Brooklyn Road. Now that the new pipeline has been installed and safe drinking water tests have passed, they are in the process of connecting over existing properties onto the new pipeline.
To facilitate this work, on Thursday 26, Friday 27 and Monday 30 June a road closure will be put in place at the entrance to Brooklyn Road off High Street South. The road closure will be in place between 7.00am and 5.00pm.
Residential access to properties within the road closure area will be maintained. The team on site will assist where required.
