A Senior Engineer with an extensive background in Local Government and private enterprise, offering strong technical and strategic leadership. Proven experience in 3 Waters, land development, finance, and asset management—delivering essential services efficiently and transparently.

I hold a range of academic achievements, including a Bachelor’s in Applied Management, which strengthens my ability to make sound decisions for our district’s future.

I live in rural Carterton with my husband. This district is our home; future decisions affect our land, our water, and our people. Our community is at a critical juncture with the development of the joint 3 Waters Council-Controlled Organisation.

We have one chance to get it right—poor planning will cost generations to come. It must meet our community’s needs and remain economically viable.

We prioritise spending on essential services—not commercial enterprises—and investments are guided by viability, long-term resilience, and transparency—not short-term ambition.
