Thank you to everyone for your patience while we work with Powerco to resolve the streetlight outages.

𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻

At this stage, we have tried to provide a short-term solution to the streetlight outages by bypassing a switch which would mean the streetlights are operating 24/7.

However, we are aware this hasn’t worked and instead, some areas are getting streetlights on during the day but not at night.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁

Powerco is yet to identify the cause of the network error, however, they are still investigating this and will be on site tonight to check out the areas still having problems.
